（中央社記者陳朝福、郭芷瑄屏東5日電）被日本公務船在沖之鳥礁扣押的屏東琉球籍漁船「東聖吉16號」，今天返回小琉球，行政院長張善政前往小琉球大福漁港親迎慰問船長潘建鵬平安歸來。
為了迎接愛子平安返航，「東聖吉16號」船長潘建鵬的父親和母親，特地準備了豬腳麵線給愛子壓壓驚。潘父也迫不及待到港口望著遠方，期待愛子早點回來。
「東聖吉16號」4月26日遭扣後，日方要求繳交約新台幣176萬元罰款後，當晚被人船釋放，並加速返航，下午返回小琉球漁港，張善政也搭乘東琉線交通船抵達小琉球，直接到港口迎接漁船返港。
