徐耀昌籲農民嚴防災害 @ 李宗玟

「尼伯特」颱風即將影響台灣，苗栗縣長徐耀昌籲請農民嚴防災害、密切注意颱風動態，及早採取下列各項防範措施：

（一）目前正值收穫期之水稻、蔬菜應儘速採收，以減少損失；在生育期中瓜果類蔬菜應即時培土、加強枝條固定或用覆蓋資材如塑膠網、不織布等覆蓋保護，以防植株受風搖動及倒伏。

（二）已屆採收期水果，如高接梨、葡萄、木瓜及香蕉等，必要時應儘速採收，並妥善貯藏，再配合市場之需求供貨。正值果實發育期之水果，如文旦、柑桔等應加強果園排水及植株、枝幹架設支柱等措施，防止落果或枝條斷裂。

（三）採用塑膠布網室或水平棚架網室等設施栽培者，應檢視生產設施，注意其結構安全，尤其位處主要道路、鐵路沿線之農業生產設施，請農民加強巡檢，如有破損應及早維修並予固定。

（四）災害後應注意田園清除工作，排除積水、加強中耕培土、補施肥料與防範病蟲害發生；並請農友預備種子或種苗，俾應災後需要即時復耕。

（五）縣府農業處長許滿顯指出，縣府已通知各公所密切注意，倘有災情顯現，除宣導農民主動申報外，並請依農業天然災害查報作業規定儘速查報災情，俾依「農業天然災害救助辦法」規定，儘速爭取農委會救助以協助復耕。
